I just wanted to thank [CAS Interiors] for all the hard work and support you gave [Tucows] during the building process. While there were some bumps in the road, we felt we could always count on [CAS Interiors Inc.] to look after our best interest. It was great working with you both.

Period.” Throughout this project, CAS Interiors Inc., displayed this value time and time again as [you] worked tirelessly to ensure that our new space was completed just the way we wanted. From dealing with our internal stakeholders and partners, to quick responses to our never ending questions, …to even hanging pictures for us the night before our big Open House, [CAS] worked extremely hard to ensure that we were able to present a top notch space to our colleagues, clients and the industry in general. I can personally attest to the fact that [CAS] went over and above what was expected of them.

While we had many challenges and obstacles with this project, the biggest and most important one for me was building trust, which CAS Interiors made easy. This was extremely important to me as I was managing this project from San Antonio, TX and had never personally met CAS prior to last week, however during the countless status calls I quickly felt I was in good hands. You were always available any day and time.

Throughout, I was extremely pleased with the level of dedication, professionalism and responsiveness CAS Interiors provided despite on-site conditions presented and associated challenges faced. Your Company’s commitment to the task at hand went a long way toward successful project completion and timely occupation by our new CRA staff. In effect, you aided me in meeting my goal of total turnkey project delivery on this important and vital joint initiative.

As I write this note I remain in a constant state of amazement and appreciation on what you and your team have accomplished for us along with the professionalism and workmanship you and your team displayed… While my biggest challenge might have been trust, the most important one I gave CAS Interiors was completing our build-out in 4.5 weeks, while most would have balked; you took the challenge head on, never wavered, never hesitated, and remained positive and finally delivered on time. For this I have deep admiration of your character and abilities.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. McMahon and his staff were absolute professionals. They were accurate with initial assessment of scale, always extremely accommodating and responsive, managed the costs well, were absolutely clear in their record keeping, communicated and managed change order logs, chose and managed all the sub-contractors very well. The CAS team always maintained an extremely clean and tidy in the workplace while ensuring all safety precautions were met. Our project was completed safely, on time, and with care and precision.
