CAS was engaged to complete a renovation which was no small feat. This included the build out and relocation of our Toronto Contact Centre along with major renovations to our Corporate HQ that included new state of the art training rooms and our Executive Enclave. Every phase and respective move went seamless. We were able to successfully relocate 600 employees in total! Looking back it is amazing that we were able to complete this project on time, on budget and with such a positive engaging team environment. Mike, this was largely due to your team and your leadership in seeing through this complex multi-phase project. There were many late nights and weekends that it took to accomplish this seemingly overwhelming task. You and your team were always there, you never once let us down! Through every issue or obstacle that arose, you were proactive with your take charge and take responsibility attitude. This ensured a successful outcome.

Your family has created a delivery culture at CAS that I believe is rare in the construction business – and one that you should be proud of continuing. That culture being one of quality, reliability and accountability for results. The focus is always on delivery and solutions rather than delays or change requests. When CAS commits to a timeline and budget, you and your team take accountability and delivery personally. And you not only represent these traits with CAS stand, but also across the wide range of trades and subcontractors that you so effectively pre-qualify to bid and work on your projects.
